Top floor unit with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the ocean. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and the living room has a hide-a-bed. You’ll be able to cook your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy them on your private balcony overlooking the ocean.

Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.
