Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
All properties are self-check-in.
You are emailed check-in instructions 5 days before arrival
You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

OTHER FEES:
Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and a security deposit.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF 30 DAYS: 50% OF TOTAL RESERVATION (Airbnb) or 90% OF TOTAL RESERVATION
CANCELLATIONS INSIDE OF 30 DAYS: NO REFUND

All of our properties are self-check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days before arrival.
We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am-5 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters at 904-844-2817.

This home is located in the gated Summer Beach Village, just off the grounds of the Ritz Carlton, on the south end of beautiful Amelia Island. Historic Fernandina Beach is minutes away and offers additional restaurants, sightseeing, nightlife, and other fun for the entire family. Golf abounds near Summer Beach Village including The Ritz Carlton Amelia Island, Golf Club of Amelia Island, Amelia River Golf Club, and Oak Marsh at the Omni Amelia Island. These beach-resort communities have a comfortable, laid-back island setting – a way of life many want a place to call home.

Access

Guests will receive an email and text message with the gate and door code accesses on the day of their arrival. Vehicles must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival.
