We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.

We had an awesome stay. The house was perfect. Decorated beachy and just the way we like it. Location was fabulous, just a few steps to the beach. The house is exactly as described. We had a couple of very minor issues, like the tire was flat on one of the bikes and responses were very fast and situation rectified very quickly. The house contains everything you would need. Kitchen fully stocked. Games and puzzles too! We loved it and were very sad to leave!

We had a wonderful time on amelia island. The beach is wonderful and Fernandina Beach a quaint welcoming town. There are nemerous activities available. Concerning the rental. The house is wonderful and the neighborhood charming and friendly. The house is well equipped.
