This charming two-story home features three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, with an inviting open floor plan. Minimum reservation of 6 night required, per HOA.

Each bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each sink in unit will come with handsoap, as well as bath, hand, and wash rags.
Your reservation will include a starter pack of dish detergent and laundry detergent pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, hand/wash rags for dishes, dish soaps, and a sponge.
Pets may be considered for long-term bookings (30 nights or more) on a case-by-case basis, with approval, message for more details. Additional fees do apply.
Transit
Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all. Rent a golfcart and enjoy endless cruising around the island! When you’re all finished, park in your two-car garage!

We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.

Eato Chef, a mobile restaruant with outdoor seating, is located steps from the property! Amazing area to walk around, comfortably situated in an amazing part of the island. Short drive to Historic Downtown as well as beaches like Main and American Beach!
