You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Interaction with guests

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for emergencies.

Centrally located on Amelia Island. Great local shops are north or south of this beautiful condo complex. Minutes away from Historic Downtown Fernandina and Fort Clinch.

Access

The door Code is sent on the afternoon of your arrival. There is a parking pass in the welcome binder and a specific parking spot for E1.
