With sweeping ocean views from the living room and both king suites, you’ll never be far from the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. Start your day watching the sunrise from one of the private bedroom balconies, spend the afternoon on the beach just steps away, and gather together in the evening for dinner and relaxation.
The spacious layout comfortably accommodates families and groups with:
**Two oceanfront king suites, each with a private ensuite bathroom
**One additional bedroom with two twin beds
**Bright and open living area with oversized glass sliders overlooking the ocean
**Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances
**Dining area with seating for six
**Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms

Guests also have access to the community pool and a private beach walkover, making it easy to go from poolside relaxation to a day on the sand in minutes. Please note that this is a three-story townhome with multiple staircases throughout the property and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

All of our properties are self check-in, with detailed instructions sent 5 days prior to arrival.
We are here if you need us, as our office is located just downtown and a staff member will be available to you Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, as well as after hours for urgent matters.

I stayed at the Cottage for 3 months, the weather was pretty poor during the first 2 months, but the home was very comfy and the heating worked well. Nicely laid out place, and the beach location was awesome!!! Beautiful beach and lots of amenities close by. The only issue was the number of stairs in the house, so if you have bad knees, be careful. Otherwise, super place!

Spent a wonderful week on the beach in a condo that had everything one needs. Cooked in 5 out of the 7 nights as we just didn’t want to leave!! Highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.
